Vinaigrette

Known and used since ancient times, extra virgin olive oil is a friend of the heart, anticancer and ally of youth. The only oil to be produced only by squeezing the olives, its birth begins with the strictly manual harvesting of the finest Tuscan olives; the subsequent cold pressing gives it a fine taste but with personality, with an intense golden yellow color with delicate green shades, ideal to combine with salads, fish carpaccio, soups, red meats and aged cheeses.
Vinegars, balsamic and organic red wine were born from a precise and rigorous qualitative choice based on passion and tradition,
Extraordinary in the kitchen and very welcome at the table, Florian balsamic vinegar has a bouquet of flavors and smells that affects all the senses and that make it perfect to accompany salads, dips, marinades and grilled meats but also to embellish and give a touch classic caprese gourmet, fresh cheeses and raw meat capacci.
A slow process of acetification, on the other hand, characterizes wine vinegar, which is also considered “alive” as it is not pasteurized. Obtained from Lambrusco and Ancellotta grapes, it manages to keep the aroma and scent unchanged with light fruity notes, making it the ideal condiment for salads, meats, boiled meats and cotechino.
Bring Italian excellence to the table with Florian vinaigrette.
