The Florian Balsamic dressing is the right balance between the Traditional Balsamic Condiment and the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Its twenty-year’s tradition and a constant improvement process has allowed it to become the classic Balsamic condiment you can use every day: able to satisfy the tastes and needs of all diners. This precious condiment is obtained exclusively from boiled must of Emilian grapes, left to ferment for about 60 days in medium-sized barrels and then later bottled.
It maintains the aroma and fragrance of its territory of origin and it is a medium dense concentrate with a fine and complex structure. A bouquet of flavors and aromas that involves all the senses.
Used for seasoning salads, pinzimonio, marinades and grilled meats, it is also excellent used on a summer Caprese salad, on fresh cheeses and on a carpaccio of raw meat.
A precious suggestion for gourmands is to dilute the vinegar with salt, pepper and any aromatic herbs first, and only then incorporate the oil to obtain a creamy vinaigrette.
