Delivery and payment
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing the number associated with the package (tracking number). You can track the shipment on the UPS courier website to find out the status of the shipment.
The shipment of the goods is made from Monday to Friday within 5 working days from the order confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the place of destination. Normally:
1. Italy: from 1 to 2 days
2. Europe: 1 to 5 days
3. USA and Canada: by the end of the second business day in all major destinations.
4. All the rest of the world: within 2-3 working days.
Where customs present, delivery times may be delayed.To ensure safe and fast shipping Florian e-shop uses the UPS express courier.
Home delivery is made with standard or express saver service, depending on the country of destination, from Monday to Friday.You can pay your order immediately, by credit card, PayPal and credit cards available on the PayPal circuit or by bank transfer.
The purchase invoice can only be requested by the end of the month in which the order has been placed.
After placing your order, if it is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At the time of shipment you will receive an e-mail from the UPS Courier with the number associated with the package (tracking number).
Shipping rates are indicated in the “Order Review” section and charged as follows:
1. ITALY: for purchases up to 69 euros, shipping rates are 12 euros; orders above 69 euros are free of charge
2. EUROPEAN UNION: for purchases up to 99 euros, shipping rates are 20 euros; orders above 99 euros are free of charge
3. REST OF THE WORLD: shipping rates are calculated depending on the delivery address.The delivery address or the day of delivery can only be changed after a first attempt to deliver the order has been made by the courier. It will be the customer’s responsibility to contact the UPS courier and personally make arrangements.
To ensure traceability of the order, we ship the goods to a single delivery address only. So it is not possible to split an order. However, it is possible to place separate orders, one for each delivery address.

To return the goods, within fourteen working days of the receipt of the goods you must send a letter by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us.
The goods must be returned in an insured postage paid parcel; we shall not collect any cash on delivery or carriage unpaid parcels.
