The new Rosso Florian D.O.C. red wine is produced in limited edition with numbered bottles, on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the historic Caffè in Saint Mark’s Square.
It is made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes coming from hilly terrain.
This wine with a brilliant ruby red color and an intense and broad aroma with notes of cherry and violet, is characterized by a warm, ripe fruit flavor, intense and persistent on the palate.
Excellent to accompany red meats, it is also ideal with cheeses of various ripeness, in particular with very aged ones.
If stored well in a suitable environment, it can last for a long time and increases in character over the years.
It is recommended to serve from + 16° to + 18° C uncorking the bottle at the moment.
