The Florian Gin stands out for its balanced taste and great expressive freshness.
Classic in the choice of botanicals, among which, in addition to juniper, lemon, bergamot and liquorice also emerge, it acquires spicy notes and citrus aromas that recall the centuries-old Venetian tradition of trade with exotic lands. Its distinctive note is cocoa cascara: a tropical accent of delicacy and warmth that envelops the palate.
The production process still follows the best artisanal practices, with distillations taking place in small stills which allow accurate processing in small batches.
