Blooming teas, the symbol of the gentle decorative Chinese culture, are tiny pieces of art.

Only perfect spring tea buds of best quality and tender leaves are tied by hand by skilled craftsmen around a “core” of delicate and coloured flowers, and dried in the shape of pearls and balls.

Once infused, the bulb opens and a tiny, perfect bouquet appears.

It is recommended to infuse them in 400/500 cc of hot water at 85° in a glass teapot to enjoy a unique sight.

Steep until the tea flower has opened fully, usually 5-10 minutes.

Each tea flower can be steeped up to 2 times.

Witnessing their flowering is a very exciting experience because they seem to come to life.

The scent of the tea begins to be released into the air.

A visual, gustatory and contemplative experience.

A gift from nature that can be enjoyed by indulging in a special moment.
