The Florian preserves are created for people who wants to discover the real taste of homemade jams, prepared according to old traditional recipes with a very high fruits’ percentage and fruits sugars: 100% natural. Unlike other jams containing brown sugar or sucrose, the Florian preserves include only sugars derived from fruit, lemon and grape juices.
Furthermore, the low temperature cooking allows to maintain unchanged taste and colour of the original fruit.
Available in two different versions, this set, composed by pear and mixed berries jams and acacia honey, lends itself well to be matched with savoury specialties, especially with aged or classic cheese. Acacia honey, characterized by the sweet and delicate taste and the floral aroma, it is famous for the restorative properties and for being highly digestible. Honey is also a natural option to sugar and it is perfect with various kinds of cheese, in particular with blue cheese, Pecorino and Provolone. Known to be the best antioxidant, mixed berries are rich in vitamins and very healthy; together with pear, rich in beneficial effects on the organism and with low-calorie, these two kinds of preserves can be used in particular matches and specialties.
