Florian almond dragées are the result of a careful selection of high-quality raw materials.
Toasted almonds covered with dark chocolate (cocoa minimum 43%) and dusted in a sprinkling of cocoa powder. Few simple but high-quality ingredients that, combined together, give life to a true masterpiece of taste. The best hand-picked and shelled almonds are calibrated and roasted until their characteristic aroma is released, then immersed in dark chocolate and finished with a dusting of pure cocoa that gives the palate a pleasant sensation emphasized by the bitter-sweet contrast.
Ideal with a good coffee, or served as a “confetto” (candy) to be offered on the most varied occasions, the truffled almonds are one of the must-have products of Caffè Florian, along with coffee and chocolate.
They can also be an excellent and original alternative to the more classic “confetto”.
